The Fall Of Kingdoms, Fifth Book In The Head Dragon Series, tells Dr. Houri Ranshoff's story as China pursues its manifest destiny. In view of Dr. Ranshoff’s previous technological discoveries, China considers Dr. Ranshoff to be a vital national asset. A special People’s Committee is established to evaluate Dr. Ranshoff for a position in China’s military research command. Free from military duty, Dr. Ranshoff retires and builds out her technology under the watchful eyes of various governments’ surveillance.
